What is CommunicationLinQ?CommunicationLinQ is a multi-tenant SaaS platform from TASLogic, Inc. for workforce safety and compliance communications. Organizations send notices by SMS, email, and voice, then keep a timestamped, tamper-evident record of who received, read, acknowledged, and signed each one.
How does CommunicationLinQ prove a message was received? Each recipient gets a unique secure link. CommunicationLinQ records a forward-only trail — Pending, Sent, Delivered, Viewed, Acknowledged, Signed — and writes every transition to an append-only audit log. Link-preview bots do not count as a view or an acknowledgment.
Does CommunicationLinQ support electronic signatures?Yes. Recipients sign on the web with a typed legal name, consent checkbox, attestation text as displayed, and either a draw-to-sign canvas or a typed-name signature option for accessibility. Voice keypad (DTMF) responses can record acknowledgment of receipt only; they cannot create a web electronic signature.
Can we use our own SMS, email, and storage accounts?Yes. CommunicationLinQ can send on platform providers or on the customer's own SMS, email, and storage credentials. Recipients still open CommunicationLinQ links, not vendor URLs. Optional connectors include Azure Blob Storage, Microsoft SharePoint, and Dropbox.
Who is CommunicationLinQ for?Organizations that must prove workforce notices, policy acknowledgments, training completions, or signatures — including safety teams, compliance teams, and operations leaders who need evidence that holds up in an audit.
Who makes CommunicationLinQ?TASLogic, Inc. owns and operates CommunicationLinQ. It is a configurable multi-tenant product, not a one-off build for a single customer.
