CommunicationLinQ is a multi-tenant business platform. Customer organizations control roster, message, and Field-app data in their workspace. TASLogic processes that data to provide the service and typically acts as a processor on the customer's behalf.
We collect account data, roster and messaging evidence (including acknowledgments and electronic signatures), operational logs, and Field inspection data the customer assigns. We do not put message body content or protected health information in SMS text — those channels carry a link to the secure recipient page.
We do not sell personal information. Tenant data is isolated with tenant identifiers and SQL row-level security. Recipient links are unique; fetching a link does not mark a message viewed or acknowledged. The service is not intended for children under 16.
