CommunicationLinQ is a multi-tenant platform for safety and compliance communications: rosters, SMS/email/voice notices, secure attachments, acknowledgments, electronic signatures, and audit evidence. Features depend on the customer's subscription and configuration.
Voice DTMF responses may record acknowledgment of receipt only and do not constitute a web electronic signature. The customer remains responsible for lawful use, consents, message content, and whether a workflow meets its legal requirements.
Unless a signed customer agreement says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.
